Heat water to boiling, just like the bag says. Cut mini weinies (I used Li'l Smokies) into three bits so they fit on a spoon. Put them in water as it is heating. Wisk in soup mix. Add hashbrowns after mix is in. When hasbrowns have melted (dissolved, disappeared?) add cheese. Enjoy.
