  • 2 cancornbeef any kind
  • 3 envelopeGoya sazon yellow
  • 1 cantomatoe sauce any brand
  • 1 tspadobo with pepper
  • 6green olives
  • 2 mediumdiced potatoes or 1/2 bag of frozen tatortots

  1. 1

    fry the dice potatoe or tots but do not make it crunchy

  2. 2

    when potatoes or tots are done put them in a bowl n clean the pan u used for the potatoe or use a differant pan

  3. 3

    start cooking the cornbeef on medium heat, break down the cornbeef and add the tomatoe sauce, letit cook for like 3mnts then add olives n rest of seasoning stir for about 2mnts then add potatoes and stir for about 5 mnts,taste to make sure its seasoned just right. n done.

    when its done u serve this ontop of white rice,very deliciouse and its a puertorican dish.
