whip the whipping cream and sugar on high speed until fluffy and stiff

add 2 cans (cold) cream and cheese and dream whip; whip well till stiff peaks form
- 3
cut each spongefinger into 3 pieces; start with a little cream on the serving dish, layer with spongefinger dipped in coffee, then alternate with cream layer etc.
- 4
to decorate, cut spongefingers to appropriate size and line them around the dessert. super easy to make and looks professional! ?
