  • 2 tbspcrushed ginger and garlic
  • 750 mldark soya sauce
  • 500 mlgolden syrup
  • 1 kgchicken pieces
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • 150 mloil

  1. 1

    place chicken in a bowl

  2. 2

    add crushed ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    add golden syrup

  4. 4

    add sugar and dark soya sauce

  5. 5

    seal bowl and let it marinate overnite in the fridge

  6. 6

    add oil to a wok and heat the oil

  7. 7

    place chicken in the wok and add the left over marinade

  8. 8

    fry chicken and add sugar if desired
