1 tspVanilla extract
1 cupMashed bananas
1 1/2 cupFlour
1/4 tspBaking soda
1 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupChopped pecans

Mix margarine, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl.

Stir in bananas.

Sift dry ingredients & stir into banana mixture.

Fold in pecans.

Pour into greased muffin, bread, or cake pan.

Bake at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean.
