  • 150 gramsSugar
  • 75 mlWhipping Cream

  1. 1

    place sugar in small pot on medium heat.

  2. 2

    stir sugar from the edges inward as it dissolves

  3. 3

    when it is a dark caramel color remove from heat and slowly add cream.
