Looks and smells great. Now in the freezer for Thanksgiving.
Cooking Instructions

Thaw hens and drain inside and out. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt fat, add onion and cook until golden.
- 3
Add uncooked rice, stir over medium heat until colored.
- 4
Add bouillon, stir, cover and cook until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.

Add thyme and salt & pepper to taste.

Remove from heat and cool.

Stuff hens.

Roast at 350°F for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

Baste occasionally with pan drippings mixed with fat..
