Ingredients

  • 5granny smith apples cored peeled wedged
  • 2 tbspground cinnamon
  • 1 tbspgaram masala
  • 2 tbspHershey cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3 cupapple juice
  • 3 tbspreal vanilla extract
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 cupapple juice
  • 1 boxDuncan Hines moist deluxe dark chocolate fudge cake mix 18.25 ounces
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupapple juice
  • 1 1/2 tbspcornstarch

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 450°F Fahrenheit spray nonstick in a 9x13 baking pan

  2. 2

    in a deep pan heat 3 cups of apple juice bring to boil add spices blend in well bring to boil add apples add sugar bbring to boil simmer for 3 minutes covered

    mix the vinegar 1/4 cup of apple juice with cornstarch mix into apples stir take off heat after thickening

  4. 4

    add cake mix and 1 cup apple juice mix roughly bake in oven30-35 minutes
