
Steps

Mix together rice, melted butter, s & p and 1 egg. Press out into a lightly greased pie dish

Drain tuna, add onion and parsley and spoon out over rice base
- 3
Combine remiaing ingredients and some reserved tuna liquid and pour into rice shell.

Bake in a moderate 180c oven for approx 1 hr until firm. Can be eaten hot or great cold.
