Ingredients

  1. 2 eachbananas
  2. 1 cupAny homemade or organic nut butter
  3. 2 cupRolled oats
  4. 2 cupgranola of your choice
  5. 3 tbsphoney
  6. 1/2 cupdried fruit of your choice
  7. 2 tbspCoconut oil or evoo
  8. 1 cupwater as needed for molding

Steps

    Preheat oven to 350

  2. 2

    Mash bananas and mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl with your clean hands.

  3. 3

    Use water as needed for molding.

  4. 4

    Mold batter into granola bar shape.

  5. 5

    Use coconut oil to grease baking sheet.

  6. 6

    Place granola bars on sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until light golden brown.

  7. 7

    Wrap bars in foil or press n seal and refrigerate.
