Oil-free Pizza Crust

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I at least wanted to make the crust oil-free, since there's already lots of oil in the sauce, cheese, and toppings. It has a chewy texture like naan, so it could go well with curry too.

This recipe only calls for one rising after resting at Step 2. When rolling out the dough, dust it with flour.
If you want to make this into a crispy crust, roll it out thin, put toppings and toss it in the oven.
Homemade pizzas are versatile, so you can have fun putting any toppings you like. Recipe by Mimato

This is a fluffy, thick pizza (anchovy, garlic, onions, mayonnaise, cheese). More like a pizza bread, due to its thickness.

This is a thinly rolled out crust. Since the surface area got bigger, I added lots of toppings. It's made with basil sauce.
