Oil-free Pizza Crust

I at least wanted to make the crust oil-free, since there's already lots of oil in the sauce, cheese, and toppings. It has a chewy texture like naan, so it could go well with curry too.
This recipe only calls for one rising after resting at Step 2. When rolling out the dough, dust it with flour.
If you want to make this into a crispy crust, roll it out thin, put toppings and toss it in the oven.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine all the ingredients and knead. Roll it up once it becomes somewhat smooth. If you're using a bread maker, let it knead for about 10 minutes, and then take it out and roll it up. No rising.
- 2
Leave it to rest for 20 minutes. Spray water and cover with a wet paper towel.
- 3
Roll it out into the shape of your choice and place it on top of parchment paper. Poke holes with a fork.
- 4
If you keep the rim a little thicker, the sauce and toppings won't spill out.
- 5
Top it with the sauce and toppings you like and bake for 18 to 20 minutes at 200℃ Please adjust the baking time accordingly.
- 6
This is a fluffy, thick pizza (anchovy, garlic, onions, mayonnaise, cheese). More like a pizza bread, due to its thickness.
- 7
This is a thinly rolled out crust. Since the surface area got bigger, I added lots of toppings. It's made with basil sauce.

This pizza is topped with dried curry sauce and cheese ♪ Very easy to make using leftovers, but still good.

Easy Pizza Dough Easy Pizza Dough
I don't like pizza crust that's too soft and fluffy like bread. So I thought in that case, I don't really need to bother too much about kneading and rising times. I tried out my theory, and the result was a crunchy, nutty crust that had just the right softness and was delicious, so I made it into a recipe! In the summer, just leave the dough to rise at room temperature, and it will do so while you are preparing the toppings. In the winter, use your oven's bread-rising setting or put the dough in a warm location for 10-15 minutes, which is enough. This crust is not puffy like bread, so you only need to leave it to rise for a short time. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

Easy Crispy Pizza Easy Crispy Pizza
I'm so hooked on homemade pizza. I started being lazy with it since I wanted to make the procedures more simple, and ended up with this easy recipe. These days I'm even making this on a busy weekday night.Just remember that it's 50 g of flour per serving, and the water should be half the amount of the flour Please increase the amount of ingredients according to the number of servings. When using aluminum foil, roll it up before spreading it out. This makes the foil slightly bumpy to prevent the dough from sticking (I didn't do this when I took the photo, so it was really a hassle afterwards).I advise you to use a sheet of parchment paper.
