  1. Sauce
  2. 60 gramsonion
  3. 1 bunchparsley
  4. 3 tbspmayo
  5. 1 tsplemon juice
  6. 2boiled eggs
  7. 1 pinchblack pepper
  8. 1egg white
  9. 1 tspcorn starch
  10. 1burger bun
  11. main
  12. 2salmon fillet
  13. deep frying
  14. 1flour
  15. 1beaten egg
  16. 1bread crumbs (panko)

Cooking Instructions

    bake the salmon fillet for approx. 30 mins at 375°F

    Put the onions, parsley, mayo, lemon juice, boiled eggs, and black pepper in a food processor or blender, this will be used as a sauce for the burgers

  3. 3

    remove all bones from salmon after baked

  4. 4

    add egg white, corn starch, black pepper and salt and mix into the salmon

  5. 5

    make a burger shaped out of the salmon

  6. 6

    place the salmon burger shaped into the deep frying ingredients: flour, beaten eggs, panko

  7. 7

    deep fry until golden brown, enjoy.
