  1. 2tomatoes
  2. 4 clovegarlic
  3. 4 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1 cupmozzarella cheese

    pre heat oven to 425

  2. 2

    cut tomatoes in half and deseed them

  3. 3

    add 1 crushed garlic clove to each tomato "bowl"

  4. 4

    add the mon juice and top with mozzarella

  5. 5

    bake until cheese brown and tomatoes are soft, about 10 minutes
