Ingredients

  1. 4 ozmantequilla
  2. 1/2 cuptruvia
  3. 5huevos
  4. 300 gramsharina de trigo
  5. 100 gramsharina para hot cakes
  6. 2 tsproyal
  7. 1 cupalmibar de cerezas
  8. 100 gramscerezas picadas

    Precalienta el horno a 350°F.

    Engrasa y enharina un molde para pastel. En un recipiente bate la mantequilla hasta acremarla con la batidora, agrega la truvia y sigue batiendo. Ve agregando los huevos sin dejar de batir. En otro bowl cierne las harinas y el polvo para hornear y luego ve agregando esto a la otra mezcla poco a poco junto con el almibar. Sigue batiendo hasta tener una mezcla uniforme.

    Por ultimo incorpora las cerezas con una espatula y revuelve bien pero ya sin la batidora.

    Vacia la mezcla en el molde y hornea por alrededor de 40 a 45 minutos.
