Preheat oven to 200%C

Thickly slice potatoes

Spray a baking tray with olive oil

Mix all other ingredients in deep plate.

Coat each potato in the spice mix, and place on the tray. Generously spray with olive oil.

Bake for approx 20 mins.

You can use any amount of potatoes, just make more spice mix if you need it.
