I used some leftover shredded chicken with tomato sauce (hence the reddish color) this is really tasty!

I used some leftover shredded chicken with tomato sauce (hence the reddish color) this is really tasty!
Steps

Blend together the heavy whipping cream, the cream cheese, the water and the corn
- 2
Transfer the cream to a pot, add the chicken, the olives and the salt
- 3
Cook until it thickens
- 4
Add the cream to a baking dish. Spread the shredded cheese over the cream and bake it at 350°F (180C) until it bubbles
- 5
Spread the shoestring potato on top.

Serve with rice
