Ingredients

  1. 1 canheavy whipping cream (crema de leche)
  2. 1 cuprequeijao (brazilian cream cheese)
  3. 1 cancorn
  4. 1 cuppitted olives
  5. 2each chicken breast (shredded)
  6. 1 cupshredded cheese
  7. 1 cupshoestring potato (optional)
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1 dashsalt

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Blend together the heavy whipping cream, the cream cheese, the water and the corn

  2. 2

    Transfer the cream to a pot, add the chicken, the olives and the salt

  3. 3

    Cook until it thickens

  4. 4

    Add the cream to a baking dish. Spread the shredded cheese over the cream and bake it at 350°F (180C) until it bubbles

  5. 5

    Spread the shoestring potato on top.

  6. 6

    Serve with rice
