Ingredients

  1. 2 lb80/20 ground meat
  2. 1 1/2 cupSmoked Cooked Ham, finely chopped
  3. 1Onion, chopped
  4. 3 largeCulantro leaves
  5. 1 bunchparsley
  6. 1 bunchCoriander
  7. 2 tbspSofrito (recipe on my profile)
  8. 1 tspOregano
  9. 1/2Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  10. 2bay leaves
  11. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  12. 1Salt and pepper

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    In a large bowl, mix well all ingredients , except onions and oil.

  2. 2

    On the stove, add the onions and oil and cook until onions are glossy.

  3. 3

    Add the meat mix to the pan and cook, be sure to move constantly and break all the big chunks of meat.
