Ingredients

  • 1 cupPowdered sugar
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 cupButter
  • 1 cupOil
  • 2Eggs
  • 4 cup+ 2 Tblsp Flour
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspCream of Tartar
  • 1 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Cream together powdered sugar, sugar, butter, and oil.

  3. 3

    Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.

  4. 4

    Add flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt slowly while mixing well.

  5. 5

    Make loose balls and roll in sugar (mix sprinkles with sugar for festive look)--place on cookie sheet and flatten with a glass (grease bottom of glass).

  6. 6

    Bake 8-10 minutes.
