Ingredients

  1. 6tomatoes
  2. 4 clovegarlic
  3. 1 bunchoregano
  4. 1 bunchthyme
  5. 1 1/4 cupolive oil
  6. 1red bell pepper
  7. 1 pinchsalt
  8. 1 pinchpepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven at 350°F

    chop all ingredients roughly

  3. 3

    mix everything in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper and herbs

  4. 4

    put the mixture in a baking sheet and spread evenly

  5. 5

    bake until it is roasted, it takes around 40 minutes.

    once the vegetables are roasted, blend them and then put them on the slow cooker/crock pot for 6 hours

  7. 7

    serve with cheese and toasted bread
