Ingredients

5 hours
  1. 6tomatoes
  2. 3 tbspolive oil
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tsppepper
  5. 1/2 tspbalsamic vinegar
  6. 1large carrot
  7. 1med onion
  8. 1single large celary salk
  9. 2 clovesgarlic
  10. 1/2 cupfresh basil
  11. 1Bay leaf
  12. 1/2 cupchicken broth
  13. 1/2 tspherb de provence
  14. 1/2 tspsalt
  15. 1/4 tsppepper
  16. 2 tbspbutter

Cooking Instructions

5 hours
  1. 1

    Mix 1st 5 ingredients and roast for 20 minutes

  2. 2

    Sautee onions in oil of choice until soft and browning

  3. 3

    Add carrots garlic and celery and sautee

  4. 4

    Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker. (plus all vegetables)

  5. 5

    Cook for 3-4 hours. (I do less if I'm busy and just as good.)

  6. 6

    Cool and blend.
