Ingredients

30 mins
  • 6 ozcan of tomato paste
  • 1 cupbourbon (Bullitt)
  • 1/2 cupapple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cuppacked brown sugar
  • 1/2 cupmaple syrup
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 2 tbspmolasses
  • 2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsphot sauce
  • 2 tspsmoked paprika
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspmustard powder
  • 1 1/2 tbspfresh cracked pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat medium saucepan to medium/high

  2. 2

    Whisk together all ingredients

  3. 3

    Bring to a simmer

  4. 4

    Reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer

  5. 5

    Cook until thickened and reduced by about half (20 min)

  6. 6

    Cool completely store covered in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
