This is my version of buffalo shrimp, the coating is light so as not to overwhelm the shrimp. The buffalo sauce spicy but not searing hot. Serve with celery and I add cucumbers for a cool addition with the celery. They make a great appetizer or a nice lunch to share! fenway -

Buffalo Ranch Bacon Wrapped Shrimp Buffalo Ranch Bacon Wrapped Shrimp
Who said #buffaloranch was only for chicken!? 🤔😏 And isnt EVERYTHING Better when its wrapped in Bacon!!! 🤤😂 I prefer to grill my seafood, but when I cant I usually wrap it in foil packs or put it on a cookie sheet & bake it in the oven. This can be made either way & also on skewer sticks or not. 🤷🏻♀️👌 This time was grilled.😎👍 I wasnt sure how the blue cheese crumbles were going to work with the shrimp, it was a little messy, but it was DELICIOUS! 🤩 These babies never even made it off of the kitchen counter to the table! 👌😂👏🤠 Chef Mommy Nessa -

Buffalo Wings Buffalo Wings
Originating from Buffalo, New York, 'Buffalo wings' are known for their spicy, tangy, and flavorful taste. Traditionally, the wings are fried and then coated in hot sauce. Here, we use an oven-baked method instead of frying, making them lighter and lower in calories!【Tips】1. If you want to reduce the oil, you can omit the butter in the hot sauce or replace it with olive oil.2. These wings have a satisfying tangy and spicy flavor. Since kids will be eating them, honey is added to balance the tanginess, but traditional recipes do not include honey. 胖仙女Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -
