Steps

First soak suji and buttermilk over night together.

Cush green peas,green chilli,coriander leaves in the mixtute grinder.

Now put kadai on the gas,switch on add oil,do hot and crackle jeera.

Add this in the suji and buttermilk paste and mix as well.add also salt and stir as well.

Now idli maker put on the gas.

Grease with oil idli stand.

Pour the paste with spoon,add peas mixtute,add paste again.

Put stand inthe idli maker and steamed 15 minitues.

Your stuffef idli is ready.

Serve hot idli with sambhar and coconut chutney.
