Ingredients

  1. Ghiya chane ki daal
  2. Halfkatori soaked chana dal
  3. 1/2lauki
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 2 tea spoonred chilli powder
  7. 2 tea spoondhaniya powder
  8. 1 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 tea spoonamchur powder
  11. 1 tea spoonhing
  12. 1 tea spoonjeera
  13. leavesChopped green coriander
  14. For mix veg
  15. 2carrot
  16. Halfcauliflower florets
  17. 1Shimla Mirch
  18. Halfbowl green peas
  19. 1potato
  20. 1chopped onion
  21. All masala specified as above
  22. Missi roti
  23. 2 cupwheat flour
  24. 1 cupchana atta
  25. 1 tea spoonsalt
  26. 1 table spoonoil

Steps

    For daal

    Take oil in cooker, add hing jeera, saute chopped onion till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add chopped tomatoes mix well. Add all masala mix well

  4. 4

    Add chana dal, chopped lauki, add water and give 2-3 whistle on high flame dein slow down and let it cook for 10-15 minutes

  5. 5

    Add amchur powder and garnish with green coriander leaves

  6. 6

    For mix veg

  7. 7

    Take oil in kadai, add jeera hing and saute chopped onion till golden brown add all vegetables mix well and cover it till it cooks

  8. 8

    Garnish with green coriander leaves

  9. 9

    Knead flour to make roti
