Ingredients

  • 9Lasagna noodles, cooked part way
  • 1Egg
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • 10 ozFrozen Chopped Spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 15 ozFat free ricotta cheese
  • 32 ozTomato sauce
  • 9 tbspMozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cupGrated Parmesan cheese

    Pre-oven to 350°

  2. 2

    In a medium bowl add Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, spinach, pepper, And ricotta cheese. Mix well

  3. 3

    Get a 9×12 baking dish ladle about 1 cup of the tomato sauce on the bottom of the dish.

  4. 4

    Place a piece of wax paper on the counter. Once you've cooked the lasagna noodles halfway place on wax paper. Note lasagna noodles should be able to bend a little bit but not cooked all the way through

  5. 5

    Take 1/3 cup of ricotta mix and spread evenly over noodles. Roll noodles carefully and place seem side down into the baking dish. ladling over the noodles in the baking dish tomato sauce and top each with 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese.
