  • 1 bagkale
  • 1 largeonion
  • 3Carrot
  • 2 tbspGinger
  • 1 tspGarlic
  • 1 tspSalt and pepper to tease
  • 1Jalapeño

Steps

  1. 1

    Hate oil in a pan and add garlic and onion to fry for about 1 minute

  2. 2

    Add carrot and kale to fry and cover for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper and simmer for 2 minutes for all to rest and server

  4. 4

    Can be eaten alone or serve with rice or wheat
