  • Ground Beef
  • 2 1/2 lbground beef
  • 3 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 cupChili seasoning
  • 2 tbspchili powder
  • 12 ozIndiana Pale Ale Bottle Beer
  • 1 largeonion, chopped
  • 5 clovegarlic, chopped
  • 3 eachjalapeno, serrano or habanero peppers seeded and chopped
  • Canned Items
  • 2 caneach - Dk Red Kidney, Chili and Black Beans
  • 2 canStewed Tomatoes
  • 1 can8 oz tomato sauce

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Brown Beef then add seasonings and beer

  2. 2

    Saute onions, garlic and peppers then add to beef

  3. 3

    Add canned items, do not drain

  4. 4

    Heat to slow boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
