Ingredients

  1. 3-4Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed
  2. 1/4 cupPeas boiled and drained
  3. 2 tbspFrench beans chopped finely
  4. 2 tbspcarrots chopped finely
  5. 2 tbspcabbage finely chopped
  6. 1-2 tspchilli ginger paste
  7. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped finely
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 3 tbspcorn flour
  10. 3 tbspbread crumbs or Rawa (suji)
  11. 1 tspgaram masala (optional)
  12. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

15- 20 minutes
  1. 1

    In a bowl mix boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes, boiled peas, grated carrots, grated cabbage, French beans and chopped Coriander leaves. Add chilli ginger paste, salt, garam masala and lemon juice and mix well.

    Add corn flour, breadcrumbs or Rawa to the.mixture to soak the.moisture of the vegetables.

    Mix well and divide the mixture into equal portions.

    Flatten each ball to make round cutlets.

  5. 5

    Spread the cutlets in the bread crumbs and fry them.in the hot oil.

    Serve hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
