In a bowl mix cheese grated, Coriander chopped,chilli paste, salt and pepper powder.

Mix well and keep aside.

In another bowl mix Wholewheat flour, salt and mohen.Add water to make a semi soft dough.

Make equal portions of the dough and the cheese mixture.

Roll each ball of dough into small rotis and fill the cheese stuffing.seal the roti and again roll it in a round Paratha.

Heat the griddle and shallow fry each Paratha using oil or ghee on both the sides.

Serve hot with tomato sauce, dahi or tea for breakfast time.
