Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1small potato
  3. 1carrot
  4. 1/4 cupCauli flower florets
  5. 1/4 cuppeas
  6. 7-8french beans
  7. 1/4 cupsprouted moong
  8. 2onion
  9. 2tomatoes
  10. 1 table spoonginger garlic paste
  11. 1/4 bunchmint leaves
  12. 1/4 bunchcoriander leaves
  13. 2-3green chillies
  14. 1 tbscoriander powder
  15. 1/2 table spoonturmeric powder
  16. Lemon juice
  17. Salt
  18. Kewra / rose water
  19. Whole garam masala
  20. 3-4cloves
  21. 3-4green cardamom
  22. 1cinnamon stick
  23. Tej patta
  24. 1big cardamom
  25. 1/4 tea spoonshahi jeera
  26. 2-3 table spoonoil/ ghee

Steps

    Wash and soak the rice

  2. 2

    Cut all the vegetables

  3. 3

    Blanch cauliflower

  4. 4

    Chop onion and tomatoes

  5. 5

    Chop mint and coriander leaves

  6. 6

    In a handi take 2 TBS oil n1 table spoon ghee

  7. 7

    Add whole garam masala.Now add chopped onion let it cook till light golden brown

  8. 8

    Add ginger garlic paste

  9. 9

    Add chopped tomatoes, slit green chillies

  10. 10

    Let the tomatoes tender

  11. 11

    Add all the vdgetables and sprouted moong

  12. 12

    Add turmeric, coriander powder, mint and coriander leaves, salt and mix well

  13. 13

    Add 2 cups of water.

    Let it boil

  15. 15

    Once the water is boiling add soaked rice

  16. 16

    Cookon high flame

  17. 17

    If the water dries, simmer the gas sprinkle kewra water and let it cook on dum mode for 5-7 mins.

    Serve hot with raita
