  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 1minced garlic clove
  • 1 cupcoarse fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tspminced fresh tarragon
  • 1 tspfinely grated lemon rind
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1freshly ground black pepper
  • 45 oz. halibut or cod fillets
  • 4 tspmayonnaise
  • 2 tspprepared horseradish
  • 1lemon wedges

    preheat oven to 400

  2. 2

    melt butter in a small skillet over med. heat, add garlic and saute 1 mim. Add breadcrumbs, tarragon, lemon rind, salt & pepper. Stir well.

  3. 3

    Place halibut on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Combine mayonnaise and horseradish; spread over each fillet. Top with crumbs, patting lightly to help them adhere. Bake 10-12 min, or until fish is tender and crumbs are golden.
