Miso Baked Chicken

I used to cook this in a pan, but using the oven seems easier to clean. I have a baby daughter now and it's good to use a quieter cooking method, especially while she's having a nap. It turned out good :)

Steam-Baked Chicken in Miso Marinade Steam-Baked Chicken in Miso Marinade
I was trying to think of some handy recipes for side dishes that I can make when I'm short on time. Since this meat is marinated in sauce, you can prepare the sauce beforehand and then you just have to steam-bake the chicken when you want to eat it.While the meat is resting in the refrigerator, give the meat a rub sometimes through the bag to blend in the flavours. The salt content of the miso varies from brand to brand so please adjust the amount accordingly. Recipe by Raby cookpad.japan -

Easy "Baked" Chicken Easy "Baked" Chicken
This is my second re-creation of items available at the food court in Costco supermarkets, following the "Baked Bulgoli". This time it's "Baked Chicken," a dish of chicken with tons of white sauce in a huge piece of bread. That dense bread seemed too hard to re-create so I just use tortillas. If you don't have any Krazy Salt, use regular salt and pepper, and some garlic powder if you have it. Spiced baked chicken Spiced baked chicken
My quest to perfect spicy chicken continues. Although I usually prefer to fry chicken unless it's whole, this time I put the thighs in the oven. It turned out great. The skin was crisp, the meat juicy, and the spice level warm but not burning. Feel free to bump up the cayenne to turn this into truly spicy chicken. Robert Gonzal
