Steps
- 1
Crush the tennis biscuits, add adequate amount of butter so that the biscuit can form a base for the tart. Use a quiche dish.
- 2
Pour the yoghurt and condensed milk together. Stir vigorously, and pour into the biscuit base quiche dish.
- 3
Put in microwave for 1-2 minutes or until it just forms tiny bubbles on the surface. Be careful not to over heat the tart or it will curdle!
- 4
Place tart in fridge. Setting can take from 30 minutes to an hour. It must have a soft yet slightly firm texture. Test it like you would test jelly.
- 5
Hint! You can use low fat yoghurt as well! And you can make a half-half type, just divide using a folded piece of tin foil. Becareful using tin foil in the microwave by keep checking every 30 seconds when microwaving.
