Was looking for a different meal for Easter Sunday when I stumbled on this Lemon Pepper Chicken. I myself am not big on lemon but I was pleasantly surprised. It is perfect for a fresh, hearty spring meal. Delish!

Just went back to working full time and still having to cook at the end of the day is hard. This recipe is quick and little clean up! Hubby took the leftovers for lunch the next day and said they it was even better the next day! Hope you enjoy as much as my family did :)

It's absolutely delicious( UPDATE )I just made it again but with bone in skin on chicken thighs. I baked them for about 1 hour and did not need to brown them under the broiler and I actually liked it better it's your choice though.

Just a twist on the lemon pepper phenoms that are going on right now , but with full boneless chicken breast.

So good with any side! I made some pasta and potato salad :positive Very very juicy
