  • 1/2 cupRolled oats
  • 1 mediumRipe banana
  • 2 largeEggs ( Or 2 egg whites)

    Blend all ingredients in a blender.

    Heat a non stick pan with some oil or butter and cook the pancakes for 3 mins on each side until golden brown.
