1 cantuna in brine
3 tsponion flakes
1 cupgrated cheese
1 tbspmayonnaise
1/3 cupbutter
3 tspcurry powder
2 cupmilk
1/2 cupplain flour

using a pot on a stove heat to high

add butter into pot till melted
3

add flour and combine
4

mix in curry powder
5

add drained brine and stir till boiling
6

add 1 cup of milk and bring to boiling while stirring
7

keep adding the rest of the milk till desired thickness
8

stir in cheese and mayo till cheese is melted
9

add tuna and Mix in
10

serve with rice
