rub pork with jerk rub

cut up onion (I cut it up really small so the kids don't know it's in the pork)
- 3
put half the onion in the bottom of crock pot. add the pork roast then the other half of the onion.

pour in both cans of Dr. Pepper or until the pork is covered.

set the crock pot to low for 6 to 8 hrs.

pull pork out of crock pot and put in a large skillet and use two forks to pull the pork apart.

ad bbq sauce and heat on the stove on med low for 30 min.

serve plain or on hamburger buns
