Steps
- 1
Preheat oven to 350°F
- 2
Get a cookie sheet (one with sides) and spray pam
- 3
Take your chicken breasts and remove any skin etc, rinse under water until clean, then set aside.
- 4
Using a fork, puncture several holes on each side of the chicken to show blood to drain and for flavor to bake in.
- 5
Dip your chicken in the stock and then lightly coat in the dry ranch mix. You can add more seasoning if you like. I did add poultry seasoning, but it's going to be already flavorful as is.
- 6
Wrap 2 pcs of bacon per breast (try to give it a full cover) and lay on the cookie sheet.
- 7
Bake at 350 for 30 mins
- 8
After done baking, remove chicken to a plate with papertowel to absorb grease. While cooling, sprinkle on cheese to let melt.
