Paneer ko kaat kar garam mustard oil halka tal kar nikal le.

Garam mustard oil me hari mirch daalege uske baad onion,gajar or salt daal kar bhunjege

3min take bhujane ke baad simla mirch & matar ko daal kar achhe se bhunjege

Pic jaisa jab bhunj jaye. Paneer ko bhi mila kar 1min tak bhunjege.gas ko off kar denge.

Upar se kali mirch & chat masala bhi daal kar mila denge.
