To make samosa raps mix flour,salt and water to form light paste.

Place non stick pan on low flame

Use multipurpose brush, scoop little of the flour paste into the hot pan and spread evenly to form a thin rap.

Wash beef, add salt and water allow to boil for 8minutes.

Drain off water, put all in a blender and blend 2 times to avoid been too smooth. Add 3 spoons of vegetable oil, diced onion, ginger and garlic to a dry frying pan on fire.

Add blended beef, stock cube,curry,black pepper, spinach and stir fry.make Sure water is completely dry to prevent a soggy samosa.

Mixed 1 cup of flour with water to form a paste which is used to glue the samosa rap.

Form a triangular shape with the rap,glue sides with flour paste, stuff the rap with a spoon of filling, fold in like an envelope

Fry in a preheated oil till a golden brown color is obtained.
