Add all ingredients into a large freezy bag. Apart from the spaghetti and thyme.

mix bag till all mushrooms are covered in soya sauce mix

Make sure bag it sealed and put the bag into the fridge. Leave to marinade for 5-6 hours

In a large bowl add water, add a pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil. Bring to a boil and then add spaghetti

Drain the mushrooms from the soya sauce

Small frying pan with a dash of olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook till soft and crispy.

Take a plate and sprinkle a pinch of thyme over the spaghetti. Enjoy!
