Steps

Soak red chillies,garlic cloves,dhania and jeera. Grind in a mixer.

Boil potatoes till just tender.Peel them.

Heat oil in a kadhai add asfoetida and mustard seeds.When they splutter add ground masaala.

Add potatoes.Add the salt and turmeric. Stir well.

Add garam masaala pdr.
- 6
Cook well.Now is the time to add beaten curd.
- 7
Mix well.Garnish with green coriander and serve hot.
