1)Rub olive oil on roast and bake until browned in oven. 450°F.

2)Roll out the puff pastry in a baking dish.

3)put cooled roast on puff pastry.

4)put sauted onions and mushrooms on roast and wrap the pastry puff totally around the roast.

5)rub olve oil on top of pastry and put slits in top of pastry puff.

6) cook at 450°F for 10 minutes then 425 for 15 minutes or until browned.

7) mix the beef broth and wine and bring to a slight boil for 10 minutes and serve with the roast.
