Ingredients

  • ..3,tsp all purpose flour, (maida).
  • 3 tspsugar power
  • 2 tspsemolina ((suji))
  • 3,4 tspghee
  • as neededGarnish tutti frutti
  • pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    First take a big bowl add ghee & sugar

    Power ghee & sugar until light & fluffy and pale in colour it will take 5,7 minutes take a bowl maida semolina salt now mix all

  3. 3

    Dry ingredients together now mix dry ingredients into sugar & ghee mixture

    Patch of 2,3 and make a dough mix this better in a cut fold style the dough into ball like shape and place

  5. 5

    Them on lightly greased baking dish now places tutti frutti on top and press lightly bake in

  6. 6

    Preheated /oven mircoven on convection mode 180. C degree around 25,26 minutes
    Nankhatai biscuits ready....
