Ingredients

15 minutes
  • 5 cupsroughly chopped ripe red tomatoes
  • 7/8garlic cloves roughly chopped
  • 1small onion cut into four pieces
  • 1small capcicum
  • 7-8 black pepper corns
  • 1 teaspoonbutter
  • To tasteSalt
  • pinchPepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsugr
  • 2 tbsfresh cream

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Combine the tomatoes garlic onion and capcicum with 4 cup of water..Add salt and whole pepper corns.mix it well.

  2. 2

    Pressure cook it.

  3. 3

    Cool the mixture completely.Now blend the mixture in a mixi till smooth.

  4. 4

    Strain the mixture in a strainer.

  5. 5

    Heat one teaspoon butter in a non stick pan.Add the tomato puree into it.

  6. 6

    Add salt and pepper powder.

  7. 7

    Add fresh cream.

  8. 8

    Let it boil for 5minutes.

  9. 9

    Garnish it with some more fresh cream and serve hot.
