Steps
- 1
whisk the wet ingredients together
- 2
add in the dry ingredients, makig sure there are no lumps
- 3
Allow the batter to set for at least half an hour (this can keep for up to 3 days if stored properly).
- 4
Heat a skillet and use a paper towel to coat the skillet with a little butter or oil (you can use the spray instead if you have that)
- 5
Once hot, ladel in just enough to coat the bottom of the skillet with a thin layer of the mixture. pour out any extra for the best effect
- 6
cook until the sides are dry and air pockets form under the crepe, about 3 minutes
- 7
flip (it should come off easily), and cook for about 1 minute more
- 8
remove from the skillet and repeat for more delicious crepes! Add any toppings you like, im a fan of nutella but even tuna will work well :)
