
Stuffed Peppers with rice/pasta

Preheat oven to 350° F

Boil pasta until just before 'Al dente'

Slice the tops off the peppers and clean out seeds and the membranes, cut the bottoms of the peppers so they will stand upright

In a large bowl, mix the pasta with the sauce and all the other ingredients (only half the cheese). Spoon an equal amount of mixture in each pepper and top of with remaining cheese as garnish

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven or until the peppers are tender. Serve warm
