1/2 stickbutter
1/2 cupshredded cheeder
2 dashhot sauce
3 ozvelveta cheese cubed
1 cupmilk
1/4 cupAP flour

Melt butter in 3 Qt sauce pan do not brown.

Whisk flour into butter.

Whisk in soup.

Whisk in milk .

Whisk in Velveeta.

Whisk in shredded cheese if too thick Add more milk.

Add hot sauce simmer 5 min stirring occasionally to prevent scorching then enjoy good hot or cold.
