Steps

Mix oil, lime juice, marmalade and soy sauce in a bowl.

Put the chicken in a plate and spoon 2 tablespoons of the oil mixture into the chicken and turn to cover both sides. And let marinate for 5-7 minutes.

Put the chicken on the pan coated with cooking spray and cook until done. You can brush the chicken with the oil mixture that remains on the plate while cooking the chicken.

When done, cut the chicken in straps or squares.

Put on a plate the greens, mango and avocado and put the chicken over the greens.

Drizzle the oil mixture that remain over the chicken and greens.
