Ingredients

  • Dough
  • 5 1/2 cupFlour
  • 2 cupWarm Water
  • 1 cupOlive Oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • Filling
  • 2 smallTomatos
  • 2 smallGreen Peppers
  • 1 largeOnion
  • 1 smallCarrot
  • 1 lbBeef
  • 2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspPepper
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 1 tspCavenders Seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 300°F.

  2. 2

    Mix together the flour, olive oil, pepper, and salt.

  3. 3

    Mix in the warm water.

  4. 4

    Knead the dough out into a flat circle. Seperate dough in 16 balls and set on plate.

  5. 5

    Finely cube the vegetables. Set them aside.

  6. 6

    Mix together the beef, salt, pepper, paprika, and Cavenders.

  7. 7

    Mix in the vegetables.

  8. 8

    Form the filling into 16 balls. Set them aside.

  9. 9

    Set a tad bit of oil on the table for each dough ball to be rolled in. Roll each dough ball into a thin circle.

  10. 10

    Fill each dough circle with a ball of filling, then flatten the filling. Fold the dough over 6 times.

  11. 11

    Bake for 17 minutes.
